The Souvenir Journal Committee welcomes all Nobles, Daughters, Groups, Businesses, Friends, and other interested persons to place advertisements or congratulatory messages in our Souvenir Journal. The cost of the ads are listed below and should you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact the committee.

Half Page - $50

Inside Front & Back Cover - $100

Outside Back Cover - $150 

All Ads will be in color. 

Guidelines for Submitting Ads

• Ad(s) are to be submitted electronically to hilaaljointball@gmail.com 

• E-mail should have subject line “Hilaal Joint Ball 2024 AD”

• Ad(s) must be in MS Word, JPEG or PDF format

• Ensure that your ad has the correct spelling of name(s), official titles, etc. NO CORRECTIONS WILL BE MADE!
